individual counseling
Individual therapy will be a joint process between you and your counselor. It is both a unique and collaborative approach where you will be able to discuss personal issues, goals, and areas of distress that have been impacting your day-to-day life. There are many reasons that bring people to counseling. This might be for personal growth such as self-awareness; for relationship conflicts; or to get help coping with negative emotions.
On the other hand, it may also be because of a recommendation by a loved one, a primary care physician, legal entity, or employer. Regardless of what brings you to therapy, you can expect that your counselor will guide you through the process and work on identifying the areas in your life that you would like to work on so that you can adapt, restore, become, optimize and rebuild.
